Kuldeep Kelkar, SVP Research Services at UserZoom has more than 20 years of UX research, design and engineering experience. He's led UX Design and User Research at PayPal and UX efforts at KLA-Tencor and Icon Medialab. Kuldeep brings in a Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction from the Industrial Engineering department at Clemson University.
