His team is focused on driving product strategy through user research within a suite of portfolios across Web and Native app channels. Outside of Verizon, Devin loves giving back to the UX community. He is a guest lecturer and critic at Carnegie Mellon University as well as a Local Leader and Mentor for the Interaction Design Foundation of NYC.
